'Enemy Alien' blends point-and-click and role-playing elements in a game to uncover a dark secret in a small American town.
The game features various action sequences, including fistfights. For a few days now, I've been attempting to implement this gameplay mechanic in a test trial. In doing so, I'm devising a simple combat and cover system. When the player's fists are up, they are shielded from attacks. The combat mechanics differ based on the character chosen. In general, selecting the 'Teacher' character in the game is the most challenging, as he is not proficient in shooting or fighting.
