Wolfenstein 3D is widely known as the very first First Person Shooter that changed gaming forever. One of the most popular shareware games ever for 3 straight years in a row, Wolfenstein 3D puts you in the pants of BJ Blackowicz, an american prisoner of war in a Nazi dungeon where you fight off guards, SS, dogs, zombies, and more assorted nazis! It is a gem every FPS player should have in their games collection!

Technically eight scenarios named Floor 1 through Floor 8, Wolfenstein HARD! by Tyko Haapala is an 8-level First Encounter mod. There's not very much to say about it. The maps are all very small and very simple. Difficulty ranges from non-existent to extreme as you can find rooms filled to the brim with bosses in late floors. Stay alert. In the readme, the author promises a special offer: send him a clean floppy and he will send back "SPECIAL WOLFENSTEIN 5 LEVELS", whatever that means. Interestingly, the readme also says that Tyko didn't make everything in this set of maps, which is odd given how small and similar all the maps are. Did he borrow the designs from elsewhere and add more enemies, or something? Guess we'll never know.

Blzut3 recently added support for the actual wolfstone data files, and made a converter to rip those files from those games. I think there’s a download on the main ecwolf website.
I can hardly believe how no one has made a Jaguar Wolfenstein mod for ECWolf.
I mean it’s pretty much the snes and Mac version. Honestly you could just replace all the sprites and textures in my snes port with the jag counterparts and change the music and it would be pretty much it.
Yeah but then you can't put the new weapons like the rocket launcher or flamethrower in it.
Snes port has those lol.
